Managing Consultant
He is a graduate of mechanical engineering from the prestigious University of Nigeria Nsukka (UNN) and M.Sc. in production engineering from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and holds a Diploma in Computer Engineering. Rilwan has put in almost two decades of dedicated service in various endeavour of work life ranging from field engineering, auto mechatronics, computer information technology, human resource management (training, recruitment), sales, marketing, engineering project design/management and the likes. This vast operational and strategic experience has distinguished this gentleman as a bundle of knowledge. He nursed the Peugeot Automobile Nigeria PAN Learning Centre Limited through its commercialization venture up to its birth as the first subsidiary of the group. He also headed the management team of the PAN Learning Centre as Director General/Chief Executive Officer while serving as a board member of the centre. He Transformed the Learning Centre from department (cost centre) to a subsidiary (profit centre) with a profit after tax of over 50million Naira in 2010.
He is multilingual, well-traveled corporate executive, a seasoned trainer, human capital developer, business and technical project solution provider. In accomplishing business tasks, Rilwan partners and manages a network of consultants of different spheres of endeavour. In line with his engineering background and as COREN registered member, he has produced and supervised various infrastructural designs and projects.
He is a strong leader with motivational management style and reputation for building and retaining highly motivated and skillful workers, technicians and entrepreneurs.
He is a superlative interpersonal communicator, presenter, and negotiator. He delivered effective presentations to corporate senior executives; successfully negotiated agreements, signed and executed many projects/Memorandums of Understanding MoU and the likes.
He is a certified International Labour Organization ILO Start and Improve Your Business SIYB Master trainer with great experience in providing practical sales, marketing and business solutions. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Business Development FIBD.
As COREN certified Engineer, Engr. Rilwan has contributed immensely to the nation building by designing, constructing and managing vast number of engineering projects across Nigeria. He is highly proficient in both Microsoft office applications and a few other advanced enterprise resource management packages. He is now the leading consultant at Reel Tek Consulting limited.
